Depression, Anxiety & Stress

From a loss of appetite and difficulty concentrating to insomnia and feelings of worthlessness, the symptoms of depression can vary. Regardless of what your symptoms are, they interfere with the pleasures and joy that life offers you.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Sometimes we experience anxiety in very specific ways; will I make the sale or manage to pay that bill. Sometimes anxiety is free floating, a panic that starts for no specific reason but is still overwhelming. Sometimes we worry so much about so many things it becomes almost the norm for us. It shouldn’t.

Stress is about how we respond physically and emotionally to the world around us. Because life throws so many challenges at us, it’s sometimes impossible not to experience it. But when stress overwhelms us, causing tension and irritability, inhibiting our sleep and ability to concentrate, it can have serious physical as well psychological ramifications.
